Default Problem with P64 files and plugins

So, I've been trying to install a Transfer Pack plugin on Project64 for us with Pokemon Stadium 2, and I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to put the extension file into Project64's plugin folder. That's the very problem, however. I don't seem to have a plugin folder or any folders for that matter. All I have is an .exe file. I've reinstalled Project64 several times from different sources, including here. Am I doing something wrong?

we'd have worse problems, because dumbasses would be getting their computers infected by every other download they come across.

no, if people stopped installing emulators to program files, it'd help even more.

Well, I did find that folder, Dsx. It lacks a plugin folder though, I made one and put the plugin but it didn't work. I'm just trying to use a Transfer Pack plugin for Pokemon Stadium 2. Any help or directions would be appreciated.

Oh, so that's why I never had to worry about VirtualStore in my life before.

Program Files didn't really seem natural for something that basically comes out of a ZIP archive; things like emulators seem like basic utilities to me compared to the stuff I actually do install there.

%username%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\

Just paste that into the explorer window, and it should show Project64.
