Problems with controls: Zelda

In Zelda (both original and masterquest). No graphics problems, game runs smoothly, however i can't move right. the only time it lets me run is when i am moving forward, and forward only. no angles or link stops running. any suggestions? im using a usb adaptor from gamemon with a gamecube controller. please, no suggestions on getting new controllers and stuff, i need to work with what ive got. anything else would be nice

which controller plugin are you using? may i suggest using nrages and leave the tick next to use real n64 range sence that works perfectly for me
