Default Emulation Fast Foward

I'm not sure if this has been suggested, but I would like to see a fast forward ability that way I don't have to sit through long openings that I've seen a lot I.E Ocarina of Time just a random thought. lol By the way, I finally got around to making an account here, nice to finally be posting

The PJ64 guys might want to change the name of the feature to "Fast Forward/Limit FPS" in order to keep people from posting this question every few months.
