Hey everybody. I upgraded to Windows 10 like a moron and I'm way past my rollback period, so I'm stuck with it. I got PJ64 sort of working the other day, but it crashes before I have a chance to do my workaround of opening a rom via the File menu. I've tried running it in compatibility mode, as well as deleting the .cache files in the Config folder and no dice. This isn't the Windows BSOD issue, it's PJ64 itself that's crashing. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time.

I was thinking about upgrading to Windows 10 the other day, but now I'm worried if there are compatibility problems with Windows 10. Has anyone else tested this?

I downloaded the lates version from emucr but i can't manage to make it work.
I think some plugins are missing. It says I can't open a rom without video, audio, controls and rsp aren't configured. I'm not so experianced in emulation, the regular pj64 2.2.0.3 worked fine before this issue wothout any configuration. However, i took a screen about my error woth the 2.2.0.3 release. Emulation starts but the only thing I get is a black screen and obviously no audio. P.S.: I have windows 10 pro x64, 1511 update Last edited by Dj ReoF; 10th April 2016 at 01:27 PM. |

You need to configure your default plugins first (options-settings-plugins)
If there aren't any plugins to choose, use some from your 2.2.0.3 folder. Last edited by Tasoulis; 10th April 2016 at 05:38 PM. |

ALso make sure you download the x86 builds and not x64, x64 isnt quite ready yet.

/showthread.php?t=5294 I'm considering reviving it as soon as I find some more solutions to have it work optimally. I've gone from VMs, to alternate plugins and researching everything to have it work just as well in Windows 10 as Windows 7.
