question about the levitate cheat

I installed the levitate cheat in Super Merio 64/PJ64 v1.7 emulator. The gameshark code is

Note: While playing Press L to go as high as you want then let go to fall

The levitate cheat works but there is a few bugs with it that I can't fig out.
when the cheat is on Merio's flying cap doesn't work. I can't get the 3rd jump to happen and no flying. #2. I was doing "Express Elevator--Hurry up! - Wet-Dry World". I used the levitate cheat to get to the top of the cage because I keep missing getting on the elavator. I find that the game won't give me the star for the "Express Elevator--Hurry up! - Wet-Dry World" wile the levitate cheat is on. When I turned off the levitate cheat off before grabbing the star. I get the star but when I land outside wet dry world picture I have zero star points for this star. Is there a problem with the codes I entered

Know problems, can't be fixed afaik, also we don't support people who have 1.7, but haven't donated so...

It's possible that it doesn't work because 1.7, legit or no, is not as stable as 1.6.

It is doing the same problem in v1.6 The only dif that I see between v1.6 and v1.7 is the cheat editor layout is better and the game controller config window is better in v1.7

it might look better (and I agree with you on that) but it's more prone to random crashing.

Also N-rage beats any controller plugin by Jabo.
