SM64 Lag problem

I played sm64 yesterday and I keep getting 30fps constantly. Its like limited to 30 fps. But the emulator says I have 50fps constantly, but it doesn't feel anynear 50 fps. I made a video showing my settings and how the games looks like. I don't know if anyone will see a difference on video but trust me. It feels literally like 20-30 fps when playing.

EDIT: It looks like I have limited fps on every game. I tested on majora's mask and I get same fps like on sm64
