Perfect Dark 1.1 has started crashing

It was playing fine with no problems at all. I went to reload a save setting via F7, which I've had no issues with before, and it crashed and the game keeps on crashing, no matter which save slot I try to load from.

I keep getting a series of AutoDetect errors, with the message "unable to detect microcode settings", and MicrocodeID number that keeps changing every time I click on the OK button.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem and what caused it? Other games seem to play fine; it's just Perfect Dark that has problems.
