Working XP build

Happy new year! I built a few cabs back in the 2000s and haven’t done much upgrading. I was thinking about updating but my old systems still work well. I was thinking about going to a newer version of project 64 but my cabs run xp. Out of curiosity, did anyone ever create a build of pj 64 3.0.1 that works with xp? (From reading, the debugger is the issue?) if not, what’s the latest build that works with xp and is it worth moving from 1.6? I’d like to see the clouds in goldeneye if possible!
