Perfect Dark - Cant start game cause I have no memory pak. Game requires it!

I can load up the Rom just fine and it all works with acceptable graphics, my biggest concern is I NEED TO SAVE ON THE GAME! Create a new Agent, can't do that without a memory or controller pak. If there is a way to do this please tell me! And describe vary simplistic, no assumptions. I have tried to use the N-Range plugin and did all the steps in all the youtube videos I watched but the game wont read it! UHHH so frustrating!! How do I get the virtual memory to work?
