Android n64 emulator need to use controller

I have a wireless xbox 360 controller that I've used on the pc just fine. I also have an n64 controller with the adaptoid. And the usb to micro usb so that the antenna or the controller directly can connect to the phone. But I'm having trouble configuring how to use either controller on the android.
