Fail to Save my Game Data

I don't know what it is, but every time I try to save my game data on a slot, it will say that it saved. Then, when I go back to P64, the data, apparently, never saved and I have to start my game play over again. This is very irritating,especially in games like Ocarina of Time. I really want this fixed.

Where did you install PJ64? in C:Program Files? you don't have write permissions there, either start PJ64 as admin (not really recommended) or copy the folder to somewhere you have write permissions to like C:Users/youruser/

i have no idea what cull out of bounds is. im guessing the unknown pixel of incorrect size and format is on the map of the water temple?
