Unhappy How to slow down PJ64

Hey, so this may sound weird, but I need to slow down Project 64.

Ok, a little more context: I am trying to practice using a glitch that needs frame perfect button presses in Paper Mario 64 (Loading zone storage, I think it's called) and want to run my game slowly as to practice easier. Any help pls?

And now, just to make haters mad, comic sans. :P

Pressing the minus key lowers the VI.

You don't need a slower frame rate to achieve this. N-Rage's plugin does it with rapid fire emulation if you set up a macro for it. I also have turbo rapid button fire implemented in my keyboard plugin, just by holding down the T key for turbo presses.

I don't have a Comic Sans MS font on this system; your text looks like sans serif.

So really that's addressed to make haters on MS platforms mad.
