I just can't understand, how angrylion seems not at all annoyed, that people keep crediting this plugin, not built by him, for all of `Shunyuan's` work.
All that we can really discuss here is filter-related stuff, like 2xSAI, HQ etc. since that's the revolving factor about this version of angrylion's work. And the nerve of that mad little shit for complaining that I didn't directly open-source my virtual fork (even though I've been commenting all my contributions here all along), just because mudlord involuntarily released the binary for me. Luckily that build was a premature hack of SDL into it, and will break any ROM's screen. ![]()

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't implementing these filters (2xSAI, SuperEagle, etc) into the code slow the plugin down even more?

Who cares. This is still annoying.
But to answer your question, it would probably make this plugin faster, because it doesn't make any sense to apply multiple filters simultaneously. So he is probably intent on severing the native pixel-accuracy VI filtering algorithm, in exchange for a more traditional hardware filtering mechanism. So long as you destroy any of the pixel-accuracy code of course it will not necessarily be slower. That's why Shunyuan was showing you all those screenshots earlier, right? Those screenshots were each devoted to their own filtering method, not the application of N64 native filtering + a third-party filter, both at once.

Chad Warden? Wipes his ASS, with Core i5 3570! Way to take advantage of haxtax's way of saying it btw, because he was more-or-less agreeing with what I said about this being an optimization that makes the plugin faster, not slower. So it is a speed optimization, just not a very utmost ideal one. The RDP execution driver is the major reason why this plugin is so damn slow and the thing that I actually put all that time into optimizing. The more cocksuckers clinging to this retarded shit, though, the less I'm inclined to even work on it privately. Sorry, but that is just me. ![]() A native build of angrylion's latest, unmodified-by-me plugin would still be faster than this thing and fix latest RDP reports. Perhaps I need to illustrate that point sometime.

what i find very sad is people clinging to closed source plugins hoping something will magically happen.
