Sync game to Audio

I have two suggestions for problems in 1.6 that I would like fixed in 1.7:
1. The "Sync game to Audio" option should be enabled by default.
2. When "Limit FPS" gets turned on/off the "Sync game to Audio" option should go on/off with it.
