The bsnes UI is bad and lacks functionality, especially in higher resolutions everything is just too small. Bsnes now has 3 accuracy profiles which makes it confusing and not easy to use.

Bsnes cannot load zipped files and has issues with many translations & hacks. Snes9x is the better Emulator for me. I'd even prefer Zsnes but it does not support Direc3D and xBR shaders.

The only positive thing is that bsnes has a PJ64 like cheat selection UI.

Hmm well whatever this bsnes thing is I think I am starting to like it from what I hear.

Eh pisses off the majority common user base and doesn't afraid of anything!

Ugh, Zsnes, yeah, I've enough reasons not to like that, the current version doesn't emulate the Nintendo S-SMP/SPC700 very well at all, though they did implement the new sound core in an unreleased beta. Snes9x is where it's at.

thats until byuu infests snes9x that is.

Or just give up on emulation since it all seems to be a crock of shit thanks to people like byuu.

Yeah, he ruined (or is going to ruin) Snes9x once 1.54 is released. He thinks I'll be silent about it? I don't think so.
