BSOD trying to start emulation

i recently replace the hard drive and upgrade the graphics card and installed very fresh Windows 7 SP1 x86 Home Premium, i haven't check for Windows updates and download and install latest Windows updates yet.
while trying to start the emulation, it show the blue screen of death! here is the screenshot of Speccy:

why do you think BSODS happen hmm? Also use the search has been discussed up and down, nothing new that there's a windows bug fixed by updates that causes a BSOD
