Exclamation LoZ:OoT Re-Start Issue

Well, I've finished The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (USA Version 1.0) and I successfully watch the final movie.
The problem is, when I reset the game to continue, my game was not saved and I must confront Ganondorf again...

Is there any problem with my savegame?

My OS is WinXP and I'm using PJ64 1.7

I hope you can help me, please
I want to collect all the triforce's part.

um.... Try looking for a walk-through. Can I take a guess and say that this is the first ever Legend of Zelda game that you have ever played? None of the games (except the first) save after the final battle, and you can't get the Triforce in this game!!!
