Brawler64 Issue

I recently got the USB version of the Brawler 64 controller. I tested it with Project 64 and while i didn't have an issue for the most part, I noticed that the controller configuration was not picking up the start button. At first, it was opening the "Xbox Game Bar" program but after I closed it, it still doesn't recognize the start button. Has anyone else had this issue?
I'm using version 2.3.2.202

It's a controller issue, they have it set to open that apparently. You should be able to disable it in windows however.
