This project is abandoned, I am not see any progress in several years. Where are the improvements? The Nintendo 64 has more than 10 years, and still not have a decent emulator. Dolphin emulates up better, and it's a console that was released after the N64. How can such a thing? It's a shame.

I always hoped to see Donkey Kong 64 running perfectly on a PC, and it looks like it will never happen.

Work more a bit, and stop messing around.

Hmmm, let's see. How do you make an emulator again? Oh, that's right, you have to be smart and know how to reverse engineer the console hardware in question, then you have to find a way for an X86 CPU to communicate with the N64's R4300i CPU. Oh, and did I mention programming? No? Gee, and this whole time I thought Zilmar and Jabo made PJ64 by inserting random strings of R4300i CPU code into a text document and compiled it with Assembly. PCs were never intended to run consoles in the first place, so they have to devise a way to trick the PCs into thinking they're the console(s) in question. You emulate the hardware through software, on top of that you have to simultaneously synchronize the N64 CPU, GPU, SPU and other co-processors or what have you, making it a very complex machine to emulate.

Better? All five games? Ever tried saving ghost data from Mario Kart on the VC? Or what about Mario 64? The VC can't even emulate the alpha blending dissolve effects (invisible Mario) or properly emulate framebuffer effects. yet PJ64 can. Let's see, did I also mention that PJ64 has the option to output 1920x1080 versus the paltry 320x240/640x480?
