Cant select second controller

I cant get multiplayer to work as my second controller cant register but my first controllers inputs are doubled. controller 1 is controlling both player one and player 2 while controller 2 does nothing. Can anyone help me with this.

What controllers/plugin are you using?

I am having same issue. The controllers that I am using are non branded, but look like the N64 controllers but have USB plugs to plug into computer. I am assuming that I have something set up in correctly when you are programming the controller. Can you offer any assistance?
