Default This is a good idea

It is very likely that it WILL work, because on 5 different devices i was able to successfully run the mupen 64 emulator with no lag or problems and no they werent the same phones, moto e, lg optimus l9, lg vista, galaxy s6, google nexus, didnt have any lag, and no only that i ran the ppsspp psp emulator on these devices and you know what? If they can run a PSP Emulator, N64, NDS (drastic), snes, gba, basically all of those and im able to run them with no lag then why should a weaker console that already works on android be a problem? Its not, because it does already work and will work, and its a good idea for pj64 to come to android mainly because mupen sucks and its absolute garbage emulator to begin with but it foes work, but yall dont seem to comprehend that fact and that if pj64 wouldnt be lazy as hell and make a port then we would actually have a n64 emulator to play on android that works better, and then we can really enjoy the n64 better because all we have to do is have a ps4 controller with a mount and otg cable and there you go, just setup the controls and you have yourself a portable n64. So yeah it IS LIKELY, If PJ64 team stops being so lazy and actually tries, i could make it myself if i wanted to, me and some friends are working on a 3ds emulator right now though so i dont have the time.

Dolphin can run several games at near full speed on Shield TV,waht if Cemu switched to Vulkan and got ported to Android?

Imma' letcha finish, but PJ64 is the best N64 emulator of all time.

Memes aside, they already are planning a version for Android, currently prepping the Glide64 plugin according to github commits, and I hope it still lets Banjo-Tooie run with my split-up anywhere code.

I would say please edit in an apology to make sure they don't drop it completely.
Also, check out the latest alpha build for Mupen64Plus AE on Paulscode,it has GLideN64 working quite well and great cheat support after the dirty flag check was added.

Edit: One commit for Android changes 16 days ago.

Also,I saw your tits HatCat.

Default Initial Android version committed.

Bump in the hopes of getting to check out the initial Android version on Shield TV Pro,I would be glad to test run a few things in a basic way,and I don't expect much in terms of features from the Windows origin builds, hopefully it will even be possible to get the memory viewer/search but please make sure realtime cheats happen before that.

I know it is indeed possible for realtime cheats on Android from broglia's SNES.emu having realtime cheat access for changing a cheat's value repeatedly to check out DKC animations.
Hopefully it could be as convenient or more-so with onscreen view without breaking away from a still frame of the game paused using a full see-through menu or a smaller solid menu in the center.

Let me know and I can check it out if someone compiles a build or if buildbot can conveniently start making them after being programmed to do so.

Default Questions and some tips.

Double post.

What's the plan for in-app purchases?
(I would assume ads,but only the kind Google approves or else they will kick the app off the store in violation)

Can you please make a pro version to get from buying it directly?
It would make things simpler so I won't need to have a solid internet connection just to use it,else it denies access cuz my connection derps out right when I wanna use it.

I personally hate IAPs because they make apps "freemium" which hurts it greatly.
I always like the one flat rate price type of purchase.

Also make sure the list of permissions isn't too intrusive, only using what's absolutely necessary like storage access to read the list and write saves, configs, and folders for them, and if ads,it would also need internet access.

Edit: Already added more to my balance,I can happily get it if a Pro version is made so I don't need an internet connection just to confirm I own the copy I have even though "otherwise" was said.
I strongly suggest going the "pro version" way instead of subscription IAPs since immediate hate was seen in the reddit replies.
If you need more, then maybe Patreon can be utilized for additional support, despite the malware issues, many people still support PJ64,and maybe goals can be made for individuals to fill some feature requests.

I'd love to see a PJ64 for Android. It's simply the best emulator.
