Question NRage-Language-1034.dll<=plugin that I can not understand

procured Project64 1.7.0.55 but I found a plugin named "NRAGE-Language-1034.dll" The problem is that my antivirus signal that file to be infected with malware.
(My anti-virus is AVG Free 2012).
I'd like to know the usefulness of this file in the emulator and indisponsable for stable operation of the formulation?

and thank you so much for your answers

sorry for my writing because I do not speak very good English

1.7.0.55 does not exist
NRAGE-Language-1034.dll is not my problem, you should only use official sources

1.7.0.55 IS NOT A LEGITIMATE VERSION OF PJ64

it is a hacked release and usually contains virus's or acts as a trojan dropper
