Full Screen Acting Uniquely Strange

This didn't start happening until I reset my computer one time, but after changing no settings, when I try to enter full screen an assortment of glitches occur. Usually it'll be black or frozen at first, fixed when I re-window it, normal full screen after maximizing the second time, window it again and then maximize to the image being squished into a rectangle in the bottom-left corner, which then stays even when windowed (though this varies with the exception of the final step). I'm using Glide 64 Final as my graphics plugin but changing to Jabu's doesn't change anything (and the default Glide64 never works at all), nor does changing the full screen resolution. Googling this problem turned up nothing. Suggestions?

This appears to be a Glide 64 Final and Jabo-specific issue. Angrylion and GlideN64 don't have this problem (but they do have performance issues)
