Default Speed Limiter on controller

So the User manual says that I can't change the shortcuts, but I can map it to a controller. I have room on a Xbox360 controller, how do I map F4 onto the controller?

I don't think there's any way to do that through Project 64, but you can download JoytoKey, which you can use to map keyboard buttons and mouse movements to a controller.

Well you can use the function keys in the N64 button mappings just fine at least with N-Rage it seems.

But if you really want to change the shortcut commands like that, I forgot a couple other ways--one was some auto scripts someone wrote to use themselves, another was software similar to that linked above...hell might have actually been the same thing tbh lol.
