Default Zelda games. FPS & Audio question.

Hi guys.

I am playing both the Zelda games on the PJ64 Emu version 1.6.
I am uses Jabo's Graphics & Jabo's Audio, I am using "Nrages" controller config though because I had some minor issues with Jabos controller config.

The Zelda games are running at a constant 16.7 Frames Per Second, according to my MSi-Afterburner.

Anyway main questions.

1. How can I get the Zelda games to run more than 16.7 FPS? Is this even possible or is the game stuck at that?

2. In the Zelda games ONLY, there seems to be a little crack/pop sound every so often. It was unbearable until I set the audio to sync...it's much better now but even though it's only happening every 10-15 seconds it's still very noticeable and I would like to know if there is any possible fix to get rid of that cracking/popping sound completely.

Thanks

edit: Also I am either retarded or I am missing something...

When I am trying to use "Goodwindows" and that "GOODN64" to check of my ROMs are okay, I am stuck at this point "a file called "bin.zip" containing "zlib.dll", if it doesn't come with GoodWindows."

What does that even mean? I can't find anywhere to download those 2 files and I can't see them anywhere.

I got the goodwindows & goodn64 thing going but this is what happens. I don't have those 2 files in the "Bin" subfolder...is that what is causing this? If so...where the hell do I get the 2 files "bin.zip" and "zlib.dll" from?

use an NTSC rom

Use Azimers HLE plugin with a 40-60ms buffer.

I don't remember hearing crackling in OOT, although yeah, Azimer's certainly does the trick either way.
