Any update on Enhancement Cheat List?

Out of curiosity has a new list of enhancement codes been made yet or is this list the newest out? Would love to know if draw distance code was added to Banjo Kazooie, StarFox 64, Mario Kart, Conker, etc. or if some games just don't allow it? I really appreciate all the work Retroben, theboy181, darkludx and everyone else that contributed these wonderful enhancements.


Another question. If certain enhancement codes have no negative effect on a game, would it be possible for a future build of PJ64 to have those enabled by default?
