I think there may be something wrong with Zelda OoT

So the problem is (not sure its a problem, but...) the music in the game is slowed down slightly. I noticed this after defeating the forest temple, the kokiri forest music was slowed down.

im not sure if its just an aesthetic thing changing when you become adult link, but if you could help me that would be cool

I've noticed that the FPS is 19 all the time. can someone tell me how to up the FPS just one :P
