Default Why do I keep seeing [Android] in updates?

I was browsing EmuCR for lulz and then I see this

http://www.emucr.com/2016/10/project...85464392018987

Quote:
* [Android] Add Controller support
* [Android] Add advanced settings
* [Android] Add audio and video settings
* [Android] Add audio settings
* [Android] Record UI setttings
* [Android] Add reset in
* [Android] default to basic settings
Etc

Am I crazy or is there a yet-to-be-released Android port? I thought other platforms wasn't technically feasible?

Android port of Project64 has been on Play Store for a while now.

Alpha forum has had apk installs for Android for months.

And why on earth would you goto EmuCR, when you have Alpha access, and can download the latest from the alpha forum?

the main core is 100% linux friendly now, really the only thing needed for a linux build is a linux ui/command line. I assume this would be similar for mac.

I don't download builds from there, I was merely browsing, nothing more; that place is a hellhole for broken emulators. I wasn't aware that there as a port until recently, so sorry for being naive

Although the pay-to-save worries me a bit, seeing as I did support PJ64 a while back, IDK.

Relatively speaking, as with all things.

A Linux port of a Windows NTFS disk defragmenter utility on the other hand...well that sounds a little less feasible. But a N64 emulator implies no Windows-specific constructs.

I can't implement a working UI if I can't fix unimplemented features.

And I can't fix unimplemented features if making a new branch to add those to the C++ classes doesn't get merged. You said the week that I made one of the PRs that you were busy and would have to use time on the weekend to test it out on Android; it's been many months and it still wasn't merged. In fact, it's buried under merge conflicts.

Though the point is moot now since I forsake all my old possessions, including my Linux laptop. I no longer have a personal computer.

I did not want to sell it and find people not happy with it, so I figured this way you can test it and uses it before you pay anything. Just like try and buy, instead of buy and try.

Fair enough, I'll test it on my Shield. Sorry.

At least there's no ads (I think) cluttering it up,and to clarify the competition,the legitimate Mupen64Plus AE and FZ Edition actually both don't have ads.
I will admit that I have an adblocker app's DNS (app itself won't work properly on SATV) that even blocks ads in app interfaces but I have no control over what it does or doesn't block,e.g. I can't set it to show ads on smwcentral unless I completely disable it.

Time to switch from Dropbox to GitHub pages.
