Yeah, that would give the location of where the shortcut leads to or Project64 itself, but unfortunately when admin elevation is used on Windows Vista or later there's this aggravating director re-mapping that goes on and has the saves and such loaded from another folder.

Ok guys, so I have the Win98 virtual console, so I thought of downloading Project64 and seeing how it works there. But for some reason it wants me to fill out a survey to unlock the downloads page, which doesn't happen on my Windows 7.

XD thanks, and yeah, if running without elevation the virtualstore system might not be in use. Personally I've been stuck with a limited account all this time.
