360 controller wont bind C buttons for zelda

Hey folks! My controller has no issue being used however I can not seem to bind my Left Trigger to anything thus making one of my C buttons not functional.. I can however bind my back button to any C's and also my X and Y but that leaves one C button out of the mix due to lack of buttons to use.. I can't change my start button nor can I change the RB and LB to anything else. It just resets to its default use. Please help me!! I am a donor to the site and would love to get back into the Ocarina of Time!

Are you using xinput?

I also use a 360 controller and I bind the C buttons to the right thumbstick. It's a little awkward, but it's easy to get used to.
