Emulator saying I need expansion pack

Im trying to play the Majoras Mask Master quest rom hack but i keep getting this error. it was working fine untill i updated to the newest version of PJ64

Options > Settings : Uncheck hide advanced settings.

Right-click game in ROM browser, select Edit game settings, change Memory size to 8MB.

my guess is op is missing the RDB.

The ROM hack is not in the RDB.

It's made by someone called Deathbasket.

Add this to the RDB for the hack.

Culling, Emulate Clear and Self Texture are Jabo options and probably not needed. For some reason, the cinematics are black screen with Jabo.
