I am getting the same error message as the original poster. I am using a brand new computer with Windows 7. I do not have a video card, just he iGPU of the motherboard with an Intel chip.

Here is my build:

# 1 x ZOTAC GF9300-G-E LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 9300 HDMI Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
# 1 x Intel Pentium E5300 Wolfdale 2.6GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80571E5300

I am not familiar with integrated chip sets, but if the NVIDIA 9300 is for your graphics you should be good to go.

Do you know what version [presuming one is there] of DirectX you have?

Also, how do OpenGL plugins work for you?
I would try glN64, Glide64, and 1964's experimental OpenGL plug-in.

DirectX 11

OpenGL Plugins? Not sure what those are. Can you give me a link please.

Ok, downloaded Glide64, but I have no idea what to do with it. there is no installer or anything...just .ddl files.

Then to go is to read the thread. It's always either going to be the 3-D rendering device software or your hardware's support of it as far as I understand.
