According to squall one of the cheat codes is wrong in the official database.

Isn't the silver (and gold) scale meant to be in the bottom slot there? That would explain why neither of your scales aren't working. Also how have you got a broken sword in the scale slot?

Looks like inventory hacking/cheating.

Definitely used cheats then...looks like another case of, you're problem is happening either because of A, B, or C, then they say well OMG it's not A or B so now what? When really it's like, both, and they either lied to test your ideas or don't know the alphabet.
