Can I use my xbox one controller if i use bluetooth to connect it to my pc?

I want to play smsr multiplayer but I'm having troubles setting up the second controller, I only have the one cord so the second controller is connected my bluetooth and I can't seem to get to to work for project 64 any help would be great

It should be possible. The nRage controller plugin packaged with PJ64 primarily uses Direct Input unless the Xinput option is checked. All you would have to do is map the buttons if the BluTooth controller is paired to a BluTooth receiver in or on you PC. With n-rage's configuration GUI, you have to go to the "Controller 2" tab, check the box that says "Plugged", map all the buttons, and click "Save". I recommend using left-analog stick as your analog stick pad, and you right analog stick as the C-Buttons.
