PJ64 won't detect my Xbox 360 controller anymore.

I've been using PJ64 for a few months and I was using my Xbox 360 controller to play games. But all of a sudden, when I opened PJ64 to play Mario 64 today, My controller didn't work! It doesn't work on any other ROM either! I tried to re-map the keys but It doesn't let me. It's like it's not detecting the controller to let me map the keys. If anybody could help, Please do.

I suppose this is obvious, but did you unplug the controller and plug it back in? Windows could have lost track of the controller entirely.

Tried It. The controller works fine on other things

I might re-install PJ64 but I'm paranoid that it might erase the data. If it won't then I'll just re-install it

UPDATE! Found out the problem was that PJ64 changed a plugin, I changed it back. It works fine now
