Default Mudlord's Rice Video - Cannot choose 1280x960 as a resolution

When I try to choose 1280x960 (or 1400x1050) as windowed-mode resolutions in Mudlord's Rice Video, it automatically reverts itself back to 640x480.

Video showing the problem.

This makes absolutely no sense at all. I mean, just... WHY!?

I hate that flaw.

What is your monitor's max resolution?

So this is a known issue?

It's 1440x900 (which means a vertical res of 960 would pass the screen boundaries, but for my purposes it doesn't really matter).

EDIT: Wait, both the resolutions that don't work exceed my monitor's max vertical res... Could that be the problem? Is Rice detecting that the res is too high and locking me out of using it?

If that's the case... IT NEEDS TO F*CKING SAY THAT JFHGSDKJGHDSJFDHGKDJSHGAKJ-*asplodes*

Besides, that's not a problem with Jabo's plugin, so why Rice?

That is the flaw I was talking about.
Any resolution exceeding your screen resolution automatically reverts to a smaller one.
