Default Fatal error

So I downloaded PJ64 recently from the actual website. I can load only few games without it saying Fatal Error. An example of one working is Super Mario 64 Chaos Edition, it works fine and no fatal errors, but when I try Shining Stars 1.5 Extreme edition (and a lot of other roms) it says Fatal error. I tried disabling 32 bit did nothing, TLB hasn't done anything either. Any resolution? I use Windows 10 and PJ64 2.3.2.
