Default Ocarina of Time - black screen

So I played a lot of OOT, I mean A LOT.

So I got to where I have to play the song of storms in the windmill, and the game just turned black and I can't even do anything. All I hear is the song of storms . Then I save stated (I'm freaking stupid) and closed p64 and opened it again, pressed F7 and ITS STILL BLACK. I just screwed myself over and I have to restart the whole game.

I don't want to!!!! How do I fix this? Or does anyone atleast have a save state???

EDIT: also i went into this thread:
AGH I CANT POST THE THREAD, well it's in this forum and it's called "Zelda Ocarina of time crashes"

and found that that guy had the same problem, I got the save state that rswedlow posted and it works except it's in german!@#! now what do i do??? How do I change it to english???
