Default Help with ocarina of time

For some reason when I play ocarina of time the game is playing at double the speed. The music and everything is sped up. I'm pretty new to emulating so is their some key or something I hit accidentally that speeds it up? Or is it just a problem with the game itself...

Is this frame limiter/sound timing thingy ever gonna get fixed? or is it supposed to be this way? 1.6/7 had it perfect, so why was this introduced. It's just frustating having to go into properties for each game and change the sound settings everytime i want to play a different game.
