try creating those folders and moving your N64 emu setup to N64 folder in that directory tree I just mentioned above and retest...

Oh you're a life savior, I forgot about this and I tried looking into it again and find your reply, so I tried creating a folder in my c:\ file and put my roms there and it worked! Thanks so much!
