Project64 - v1.6 - No Net Support?

Hey all,

I am new to this. I used to play N64 all the time back in my college days and would love to play these online with people.

My question is: This link here http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/fu...ca6/no_html,1/ -- that installer does not have the File --> NetSupport options (basically what allows you to play online vs other people). This one, however, does allow me to play the game by myself.

How do I enable this?

I have seen other sites that tell you to download something called Project64 V1.13 found on Zophar's website.

That one allows netplay, but when I use that one, I can't load any ROMs. It will crash the program once it finishes loading the rom. This one, however, does allow me to atleast log on to netplay and see the netplay enviroment... But does not let me play games.

I would love to donate $20 to this -- but would like to see if I can't get it to work before I start. I have kids and a family and would be nice to have kids grow up knowing what their dad played with back in the day

The development is dead, do not donate a dime.

Netplay is supported in the Kaillera client which is based on the 1.4 source. It's shit, however.

We had a great experience trying out AQZ Netplay Plugin. So I would suggest trying that one out with Mario Kart and Perfect Dark for example.

I've used Kaillera plenty of times and I haven't had any problems with it other than stubborn players that leave when the matches get close in SSB.

If you and the other person have a decent connection it's very good. Project64k, GOOD STUFF
