I don't know if you're asking about someone who made all of those packs, together?

If so here is a list of more-well-known artists at EmuTalk by the retextures that they did.

Not that. I'm looking for a texture pack that has the entire playable game. I mention djipi because of his 2009 final version that I have.

I know of the other ones on that site since that's where I got djipi's.

If there was a retexture supporting the entire game it would be on that site. :/ There are other sites, but you have to like register to see links and private stuff they do.

So it stands to reason that there are no alternatives.
There is a port of such a retexture to Jabo's Direct3D beta version though for texture replacement on there.

which pack then is the closest to being the entire game? (I think that was what my question should have been)

I don't remember. I tested more than one of them and saw a couple well-progressed retextures; I'd have to download them all again to find out. :P

You could probably judge by the file size of the texture pack how complete it is.

to your knowledge, do you think the djipi version is one of the more complete versions?

Yes I remember it being developed as a long-term project and making a lot of progress, not to mention experiences with actually using the retexture.

It was the one that got ported for loading on Jabo's 1.7, so it had to have been, at least one of, the most complete.
