I'm using a Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 (i5 540UM 2GBs Memory) and it says I have plugin issues. Clean install of Win7 with a Product Key, I just updated everything and downloaded DirectX already.
I'm getting error code: 8876086A D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE something else saying "Cannot open ROM because plugins have not successfully initialized." I've checked my plugins folder and under graphics/GFX there're plugins there, I just don't know if they're the right ones or they need tinkering or something. I'm new to emulating, what's it I have to do? Or can this old laptop just not hack it? |

Did you install DirectX9 redist?
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/down...s.aspx?id=8109 You may also need to install VS2008 redist. If your using the download from Project64. http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/func-startdown/125/ https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/down...s.aspx?id=5582 If your using EmuCR version you need VS2015 redist. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=53587 |

I did that and I think I ended up with an error following
CN64System::EmulationStarting: Exception caught File: .\N64System\N64Class.cpp Line: 485 |

You can diagnose DirectX version and support issues by running dxdiag.
