Mario Party is very inconsistent with dynarecs. Just use the interpreter.
Glide64 emulates a majority of the mini-games well but as you can see not all of them; I'd suggest trying various other graphics plugins until you see one that works with all the mini-games you test. I did this too 10 years ago but forgot what I wrote down.
