Default P64 Configure Windows Cut Off, Please Help

As you can see from the attached photos the windows are cut off and I can't reach all the settings.

This same thing is happening with Kega Emulator. So it's not a problem solely P64 program I think.

I tried full screening Project 64.
I tried moving the window around with the arrows keys and TAB.
I tried changing my display resolution to different settings.

Any suggestions?

Goto Windows control panel, select Appearance and Personalisation, under change text size, make sure all options are at 9, only title bars and palette titles at 11. Also bold turned off for all.

You've somehow changed the size of text windows uses.

I found the folder you are talking about and all options are set to 9. I set them even lower (to 6) and it didn't change anything in the P64 windows.

I downloaded another version of P64 and now I can see all the options. Thanks for the help anyway though.
