Default Hi Res Textures

I know I am not dumb. I am pretty good at figuring this stuff out myself. That being said, I am stumped. I have googled and youtubed everywhere on how to use hi res textures but nothing comes up for PJ64 V2.
So here is my question. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to get the hi res textures into the game. Let's say I just downloaded PJ64 2.1 and I have the Super Mario 64 rom and a zip file of hi res textures for Super Mario 64. Where do I go from there?

@OP: Instructions are specific only to Jabo's Direct3D beta. You can find some of this information on the site news blogs posted by Jabo under the gfx emulation section.

Otherwise, use NiceVideo. Or maybe Bride64 HQs.

I have never done it before.
So there is nowhere on the internet that is a step by step guide to doing this?
