Hello everyone, sorry for the (maybe) simple question, but I have been trying for hours.
I cannot figure out how to get Project64 to detect my switch pro controller. It is connected to my computer via bluetooth, and I have calibrated the controller via the windows 10. I am running Project64 v 2.3.2.202, and within options->controller plugins I have xinput selected but not plugged, and I have the buttons mapped, ut they do not do anything. Controls with my keyboard do work, but when I switch to xinput, super mario 64 gives me the "NO CONTROLLER" warning on the title screen. I have also tried using different emulation programs. For example, I used x360ce to create a dll to make my switch pro controller emulate an xbox 360 controller, and x360ce detects my controller and confirms all the buttons work, but when I put the dll file into the plugin/input filepath, it does not show up within the drop downs in options->settings->plugins. x360ce doesn't seem to make .cpf files to use within the load profile menu in NRage, either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

The controller is connected via bluetooth, not USB. Do I still need to select plugged?

Unless you plan on playing without a controller. It's asking you if you want a controller plugged into the emulated system, not your computer.

Pj64 is a dinput because switch pro controller uses directinput you don't need xinput you might be using bluetooth and no need to pluggingg usb no need to use x360ce
