Bah, keeps telling me that the file is temporarily unavailable. Hopefully that URL will work soon.

Oh, you're playing the (E) version. I don't have that on disk; I have been testing with (U) release 2.

Well there might be someone in the area who can test it or that I can access. In the meantime can you confirm more or less stability with the interpreter on the (U) version (just a quick new file test I guess) if you have access to that version?

Thanks it's fine; I got a hold of a test instance of (E).

Funny though. I can't get it to crash at all. I go through the elevator, through the mission completed screen, then through the cinema before the Investigation level and starting it. Even with the re-compiler and default settings I can't get it to crash.

So I can only imagine it's even more an issue with your processing hardware than I thought.
Or may be if you have any cheats turned on.

Unless maybe if you use the unofficial "Project64.rdb" file you can get from here?
http://www.emutalk.net/threads/49385...okabu-amp-MASA

Copy that over the default "Project64.rdb" file that's locally installed where the EXE is.

Weird, not sure how you had bad RDB settings for both of the versions of the game. Maybe it's just the default that was incompatible with hardware. Either way the unofficial one there has loads of improvements for other games as well.
