plugins not initialized?

so i got majora's mask and super mario 64 because i've always really wanted to play those,
anyways so when i put them in the emulator (like you do)
it says "ERROR: Cannot open a R0m because plugins have not successfully initialized"
my friend told me it didn't install properly and i had to reinstall it i did twice but its still not working.
help?

I have both of those games and I didn't have to mess around with the plugins to play them.

You can try changing plugins, otherwise something else is messed up.
