Exclamation Plugin Problem?

I've just finished installing Project64 and I opened up my Zelda: Ocarina of Time (file type is .z64). And when I open it an error box pops up and says.. "Cannot open a rom because plugins have not successfully initialised".
Can anyone help me with this problem?

One or more of the plugins must have failed to initialize an API-specific device on your setup, therefore the plugin could not be used in the emulation thread.

Either that, or it's a bug, and you should go to Options/Settings... and redefine the 3 plugin types given there to make sure all fields are updated and filled in, just in case they are already filled in but maybe the emulator just needs a refresh.
